I was honoured to be a part of yesterday’s Remembrance Day Ceremonies in Cambridge-North Dumfries. We took time to remember those brave men and women who sacrificed everything throughout Canada’s history to allow us to live in a peaceful country.
Canadians have always been there to defend our strong values and protect those that need our help. We must always remember those that fought for our values with the pride of all Canadians behind them.
Please have pride in our Veterans and remember that their legacy is upheld today through the brave men and women currently serving in the Canadian Forces. Take a minute to say thank you not just on Remembrance Day, but every day you encounter a Veteran or a current Member of the Canadian Forces.
