On Thursday May 14, 2009, Minister of State (Science & Technology) and Member of Parliament for Cambridge-North Dumfries, the Hon. Gary Goodyear kicked off Communitech’s 2009 Leadership Conference.

Themed “Buck the Trend”, this conference provided a venue for students and start-ups throughout Southern Ontario to showcase their freshest technological ideas.

Minister Goodyear discussed Canada’s Economic Action Plan and the Canadian Government’s Science & Technology Strategy.
