Last Friday, February 6, 2009, MP Gary Goodyear helped kick off the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cambridge Bowl for Kids Sake event.

Joined by friends and local dignitaries, the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cambridge explained this year’s fundraising event, its goal of $60,000, and the excellent opportunities for anyone and everyone get involved.

The event also included a draw, which MP Goodyear was asked to participate in.

“The Bowl for Kids Sake event is an incredible opportunity,” stated Minister Goodyear. “Not only do we get to come together to have fun, but more importantly we get to raise money for a worthy cause that helps children within Cambridge and across Canada.”
