
| | MP Gary Goodyear’s office to host Passport Clinic
(Cambridge, ON) - Member of Parliament, the Honourable Gary Goodyear will host a passport clinic on Friday, November 27 to assist constituents in applying for their passports. This year's third passport clinic will take place at 1425 Bishop St. N, Unit 3 from 9am to 12pm. “Based on the turnout and success of our previous passport clinics, I'm providing another opportunity for constituents to get assistance with their applications,” said Goodyear. When applying for a passport, you must submit an original proof of citizenship in the form of a birth certificate or a certificate of citizenship, as well as supporting identification with your current name and signature such as a driver’s license and two identical photographs taken within the last 12 months. You must also remember to have your guarantor sign your passport application, a copy of your supporting identification and one of your photos. Under the current policy, an eligible guarantor must:
Please note that the passport clinic on Friday, November 27 will not be issuing passports, only helping with the application process and if requested, submitting applications on behalf of constituents.
